Unless otherwise stated, our pieces require us 4 - 6 weeks to create and then ship. This means that your order will ship out in 4 - 6 weeks, not that you will receive it in 4 - 6 weeks.
Some of our items do ship in 24 - 48 hours. This type of availability will be listed in the product description and is typically just for items that do not have any customization options. If the 24 - 48 hour turnaround time is not stated, standard 4 - 6 weeks turnaround time is in place.
Need It Sooner?
If you need your order by a specific date, we can create your piece for an additional rush fee and sometimes an additional shipment fee will be involved. Please fill out this form to discuss your options and what fees may be associated.
Why does it take so long?
The Pretty Peacock specializes in handmade, personalized, custom jewelry pieces. We can't just pull an item from a warehouse and ship it off. We need to forge metal, set stones, hand stamp lettering, and all the other handmade goodness that goes into each of our pieces. Because of the number of orders that come in and the amount of care we feel each piece deserves, our items take time to create!
Shipping Information
The Pretty Peacock ships to anyone, any where - in the United States, Canada and Internationally.
We ship via USPS Priority for our US customers and USPS First Class for our International customers.
Packages ARE NOT shipped using insurance.
You must request that insurance be added at the time of purchase.
All shipments are for a flat fee of $6.00 - so you can purchase as much as you would like and pay one rate!
Your order is packaged, ready to gift! Each of our jewelry pieces is packaged in a signature Pretty Peacock gift box, or Pretty Peacock drawstring pouch (or sometimes both!!) and wrapped in tarnish-resistant tissue paper. We use recycled materials whenever possible for all our shipping needs.
If a discount code for FREE SHIPPING has been used, the item will be shipped by USPS First Class.
During peak seasons (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas) we have notices all over our site indicating the ordering deadline needed to ensure a timely delivery. These dates are different for our US and International customers, so please read and plan carefully.
