We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase and your satisfaction is very important to us.
Our jewelry is handmade and the lettering is typically done letter-by-letter at the time an order is placed. The lettering may not be perfectly straight and the spacing may not be exact, however we do not consider this a flaw. The beauty of handmade pieces is that they do not look machined. An actual human being created your piece of jewelry with great care and pride and the artisan’s own unique qualities show through.
We do our absolute best to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of our jewelry on our site. We understand that it may be difficult to picture what an inch or 20mm looks like, however we try and photograph each piece on a model and rely on you to carefully review each description before ordering. We do not accept returns based on issues with size, or thickness. Computer monitors vary, so our up close photographs of each of our pieces do not appear in ‘actual size’. On the same note, stone colors can also differ depending on your monitor’s settings. These are aspects that are not in our control, so we do not accept returns based on size or color issues and rely on you to be a conscientious consumer.
If the craftsmanship of your PRETTY PEACOCK purchase is in question, or if there was a mistake made, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to remedy the situation.
Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from THE PRETTY PEACOCK. We cannot re-sell personalized pieces, so we do not generally accept returns.
THE PRETTY PEACOCK is a secure site, so rest assured that your credit card payment is being processed as securely as possible. We do not store credit card numbersyou’re your safety and for ours. You also have the additional, secure option of paying via Paypal.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for shipments delivered in the beautiful State of Washington.
